Increases Ordo's Legion's Engineering by 20% when building Barricades and Alliance Buildings, and by 20% when destroying Barricades or Alliance Buildings.

Increases the Gather Speed of Ordo's Legion by 20%, its Load Capacity by 10%, and its Mana Gather Speed by an additional 10%.

Reduces all damage taken by Ordo's Legion by 10%. This damage reduction is doubled while the Legion is building or destroying Infrastructure or gathering resources.
